I've been using SafeGuard Control Panel since I joined Plusnet but it's now stopped working. All I get when I try to use it is a message about currently preparing my broadband and SafeGuard will be available shortly.
I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue with Safeguard. This is an issue that we are aware of and we are working towards a resolution, however at this stage we don't have a clear timeframe as to when it will be resolved and I apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
