Rewards time wasting

I joined plusnet 60 days ago.
Filled a rewards form - time waste #1
Told to wait 30 days - time waste #2
Contacted rewards team after 30 days, told to contact customer services since they had no instruction to send reward. ( what did u fill the form for?) - time waste #3
Contacted chat support, told the wait time is actually 60 days - time waste #4
Writing in this forum - another time waste?
In the meantime plusnet increased my monthly contract by £1 only to give me a discount of £1 per month 2 weeks after.

This is pathetic.

Sorry you were given conflicting information. That's not on at all. I'll have a look at who you have spoken with and pass across any feedback required.

I have checked on your Reward and can see it was claimed back in March.
