Rewards Runaround....

I am new to this. Apologies if I am in the wrong place.

Desperation! Following my 6th contact (Chat) with plusnet.

Just been sent off for another "Rewards Team" conversation. 

Tricky recording phone conversations accurately!

A replacement reward card was supposed to have been sent out after my third contact (Chat) on March 2, 2018.

My fourth contact(Phone)  following NONE DELIVERY of card gave me a 3rd party number.

My fifth contact - to said number (Grass Roots?) FAILED to produce a promised email & response.

Can someone here help?

This is like some sort of scamming merrygoround!

Rarely phone these days because as you say voice recording is not easy - and legally tricky?

In all of my dealing with Plusnet I tend to use the chat facility therefore by implication both parties know a record is being kept. 

Works and has worked for me anyway. Wink
