Rewards Registration Code

I have received my Plusnet Purecard but I don't seem to have a registration code to activate it...

Can anyone tell me where I get if from please?

Thanks for getting in touch.

The activation code should be with the letter that arrived alongside the card, however, if you click on this link here it will take you to a screen that allows you to retrieve that information.
