Reward not received

Good evening

I joined plusnet in Mid April of this year and as of yet i still have not received an email for my £75 reward card for signing up, can someone from plusnet sort this for me please?

I have now sent an email to the relevant department, i look forward to this being sorted quickly, hate to think it was all false advertising to make us sign up

Still no one has been in touch about this reward card, can anyone inform me of whom to contact with regards to miss selling a product and report this to the relevant authorities

Following advice from OFCOM i am now requesting an Email address or postal address to make my formal complaint to Plusnet over this.
