Mr order went live, sort of, on 20/4/20 as nothing worked. Router didn't turn up on time (despite my asking it be sent out early), the broadband wasn't connected properly, the landline was left with a fault. Dealing with Plus net Customer Services was nothing short of a nightmare (until one of them realised there were faults). Now as numerous customers complain there is no sign of my reward email. I will post separately regarding my appalling fibre speed and the frustrations trying to sort that out.
