Reward email not received

Hi,

I joined in September but have not received the reward email. I have checked all my email folders including spam but there is no sign of it. Can you please help?

Hi @dancox and welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you've not received communication regarding your cashback reward. I have however looked into this for you and updated a ticket on your account which can be seen here in regards to your cashback reward.
