To date, no email regarding the reward card has been received, and no reply to the email I sent to the reward card team, on the 23rd October. Beginning to think it's a scam, and surely, a breach of contract? Anyone out there that can help?

Only not to bother about being enticed by them in the future. What is it with those things and why is it such a regular question on here?
If it's been promised then fine and keep chasing them up, but it's never been something which would enourage me to sign up. Just offer a good price and a decent service and that's it done and dusted.
