Hi. I haven’t received my reward card email as promised?

When did your service go live?

It is normal practice for the email to be sent 10 days after the service activates.

Check your spam folder because the email to claim often appears there.

I still haven’t received my email for my reward card. I was told the latest by 29th. Now the 29th and still nothing.

It would be great if someone would actually reply to me then. I have emailed and written on here and on twitter and no reply for days. You shouldn’t advertise something you are not for filling. I was originally told 7 days from activation then 10 days and the 29th and still nothing at all.
