hello my services went live today although they feel slow i hope its just sorting its self out today and will improve, my question is when do i receive my reward card that was offered when i signed up ?

Why companies offer these deal instead of sensible pricing is beyond me.......

is that the speed of internet i thought i was paying for or the reward card at the minute id be shocked if i get either, not a great start from plus net for me
