Hi I've just signed up with plusnet and was promised the reward card for doing so. I just wondered if I have to request this myself or is it automatically sent out to me? Thank you

You should receive the e-mail to claim this within 10 days after your services going active.

If you haven't received it by then let us know and we can investigate further
