I wondered if anybody could help, please? I've had my router up and running for a month now, but have not yet received an email confirmation with the reward card link. I can see this is supposed to be sent within 10 working days from other threads.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Already a little concerned with the service to date, as we had to purchase our own router as the plusnet one never arrived and I needed it to work from home urgently. Thank you!
