I claimed my reward card on 18th November 2017, emailed Plusnet on 28th March 2019 and they confirmed a card was never ordered and ask me to contact Plusnet direct. I was told it’s over 6 months since the claim and they can’t reorder the card anymore. I am completely dissatisfied with how they handle the situation and believe this is purely Plusnet’s admin error but not being addressed. I felt completely lied by them.
