Reward card for upgrade to fibre

Hi @Gandalf 

You kindly helped me with ticket  223495115, and advised on 20th April:

As discussed, our billing team can't figure out what's happened with your reward card and they can't manually issue these, so they've instead sent you a cheque for £50 you should receive by post within the next 7 days.


I haven't received the cheque.  Given that there was some initial confusion and the colleagues who told you the reward card had been issued to me were looking at the wrong user account, would it be possible to confirm the cheque has been sent, and to the correct address?
