After signing up for Plusnet broadband on the 22nd August I never received any email to claim my reward card. Can someone help me with this? Thank you!

Hi there, our records show that the email has been sent to you on 10/9/19 but we can deal with this another way for you. Can you drop us a reply back to the ticket I've opened on your account? https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=195359864 Let me know here when you have and we can then claim it on your behalf.

Thanks, I had been checking my spam folder during this time so I don't know what happened to the email.
