Hi there, I have been with Plusnet for over a month and I have yet to receive my email for the plusnet reward card. I have checked my junk and inbox on multiple occasions. I was very excited to join plusnet and had read some good reviews but so far i’m unimpressed.

You should have received that email by now, assuming it was actually sent, something which is probably in doubt here.
Suggest you phone customers services and complain bitterly. You are not the first customer to mention this.
