Reward card email not received

I've checked all of my emails and cannot find one relating to the Plusnet Reward Card I was expecting. I signed up on the 6th of August and although the phone line transferred across reasonably quickly, the broadband setup process was fairly protracted and the message saying the phone line was up and running only arrived when the broadband went live. Please investigate. Thanks!

I've included the redemption link on a ticket for you here. You'll need to manually copy and paste it into an Internet browser and then press enter for it to load the redemption form.

Still can’t find the original email, even when I narrow it down to the date it was sent (maybe someone needs to look into that!!).
