Seems I am another victim of the vanishing Reward Card email. I have checked the PlusNet email and all emails are collated there, but nothing about a Reward card. Please can you resend the email or manually sent the reward card.
Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear you haven't received an email to claim your reward card. I have looked into this and can see that this has been claimed today and will be with you in the next 30 days.
