@oj2789 Hi! You should have now received the claim email I believe?

@Champers2608 Hey there, Looking into yours I cannot see the email just yet, it usually takes around 10 days from your account activation for it to arrive. Give it another day or two and let us know if it's not there, I will raise it if needed.
