Hi,

I too have yet to receive my reward email after signing up to plusnet in April.

Please could someone at plusnet contact me to resolve this. This seems a wide spread issue which does not give off a good impression of the company and is making me consider going elsewhere when my contract expires even though my broadband has been excellent.

I’ve now been chasing mine since April as well and have been told that the offer was apparently for free activation which is normally priced at £70. I have pushed back this as it is completely in correct and also on all advertising the activation is free as well as the reward card. Plus the activation is always £10. I have asked numerous time’s for the details of Plusnets complaints department which have been ignored. It is now nearly 3 months and I have only just received an email telling me it has now been referred to the complaints department and a team leader will contact me to discuss further. By the amount of people on here chasing the same issue from the same time looks very suspicious.

My line was activated on 18 May 2020 and I have not yet received any communication re the £75 reward.
Could you please look into this for me?
