Reward Email

Hi

 

I am yet another customer who has not received an email to allow me to claim the £70 reward included in my deal.

I signed up on 19th August, was connected 4th September and have received both account information emails and information on my speed but no reward even in my spam folder.

Given the process to move to Plusnet went so well and the connection is fast and reliable this is the only disappointment so hopefully someone can help?

I can see the email has been sent out by ourselves. If you would like me to manually claim this for you, please let me know and I will action this today. 

 

It will then arrive with you in the next 30 days.

I am having similar issues. I received an email that rewards email has been sent to me. I never received it. What should i do about it ? Can you help ?

Hi Joe

 

Think there's mix-up somewhere, I joined originally under the account oldsystem, but the next day it was cancelled (because the day after I joined, a better offer replaced it and couldn't just be moved across), and my current account was setup under oldsystem1.

 

The ticket I just got was under the old oldsystem account.

Hi there, 

 

I've just had a look into it and our records show we sent an email to you at 00:09 on 10/9/19 with a link to claim the reward. I'd try searching your email for messages from "no-reply@plusnetrewards.com" as that should find it for you.
