Reward Email Not Recieved

Hi Plusnet,

I recently signed up with you for Unlimited Fibre Extra with a £75 reward card offer.  My account went live on 18/05/20 and I should have recieved an email within 10 days to claim my reward card. I have have checked all my email folders including junk and spam etc and have not recieved the email. Could you please look into this so I can claim my offer.

Hi @skippy1

 

The cashback redemption email should arrive within 10 working days of your activation date. As it was a bank holiday on the 25th of May, this email should be with you by the 2nd of June. Please let us know if you've still not received this email after that day.
