I signed up directly with Plusnet back in May and my service went live on June 6th. I signed up with a 75.00 reward card offer but have never received an email to activate the offer, or received the card.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into it for me please? I regularly check junk/spam folders and the email didn't go there either so not sure what has happened.
