Reward Card not received

Hello, I recently moved to Plusnet and had my service activated on September 5th. I still have not received any correspondence regarding the reward card offered as part of my deal. I've been unable to receive a response via other channels so have posted here - is anyone from Plusnet able to assist?

@cdw91 Your email doesn't arrive until 10 days after your activation day.

@jab1 As stated in my post, the activation date was September 5th - it's been well over 10 days!

Sorry - I'm a month out. You could try calling Customer Support, but no guarantees they will be much help.
