Reward Card hasn’t turned up

Hi. I got an email inviting me to claim my reward, which i acted upon. I then got a confirmation email saying my reward is in its way. This was on 24/12 and it says to allow 30 days. The reward has not arrived yet. What do I do ?

Same here. I got an email on 9 December confirming that I'd claimed, and saying a reward card would be 'winging its way' to me. I still haven't received anything.

Sorry to jump on this thread ,but im having same trouble. No Email regarding voucher /card .Signed up in December

Contacted Plusnet, they told me to contact Pure Card .Sent Email to pure card got reply stating they have no reference or  details of me.

They suggested I get back in contact with  "BT"  Which i thought very strange .

Have tried ringing Plusnet without success.

Where do I  go from here ?  🙄

Not looking good is it? Don’t see why I should have to contact purecard. I was promised the reward by plusnet and have fulfilled the criteria to receive the reward. Why should I have to chase it up with the supplier? Surely that’s Plusnet’s responsibility.

Completely agree, Rickardo. Our contract is with Plusnet -- if they want to use Purecard as a middleman that's their business. We shouldn't have to get involved.

Interesting, isn't it, how many people this has affected. There's even a faq about it! Says a lot about the reliability of this offer.

I agree its totaly wrong.

Plusnet are providing service whether its through third party or not  ,you would expect them to sort this out.

I have not even recieved Email from Plusnet to start off reward claim.

It would seem this is a common problem.

Mine isn't fixed. I emailed Purecard and have had no response whatsoever.
