Reward Card - Do I stand more of a chance of seeing a unicorn?

Well it's been almost 3 months since I joined Plusnet, so 4 months since my first payment. I'm enjoying the speeds and was  happy with the connection process BUT

I'm still waiting for my reward  card which was a tipping point in my decision to ;eave my previous supplier. I have asked several times on twitter DM and responses range from "we are escalating" to "we are having problems with our supplier".

So I'm now at the stage where I look forward t the end of my contract and go looking for unicorns or wait for a resolution here. Am I being too needy?

Hey,

Sorry for the poor experience you've had. From what I can see your account tracked on an offer from a cashback site (Quidco or TopCashback), which supersedes a reward card offer.

Do you have an account with or have ever used either of these websites?

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt response. Just a couple of notes while I acknowledge Quidco.

* Slightly frustrating that i didn't hear this from your twitter team, and
* The Quidco cashback was a fraction of the rewards card and both contributed to the tipping point.

But again, thanks for responding

Re: Reward Card - Do I stand more of a chance of seeing a unicorn?

Did the Quidco partner website (incorrectly) infer that BOTH their cashback and a Plusnet reward card were available?

Users will receive the partner's enticement if signing up via their referral page or the Plusnet deal if signing up direct (having cleared out any other promo site's cookies).  If cookies are not cleared out after visiting a partner's site, then even if one finally signs up direct, there is a risk that the partner's residual referral cookie will "supersede" all Plusnet rewards.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Corskey on your first point, I’ll feed it back, thanks for flagging. And from what I can see, Plusnet and Quidco do state it’s either one or the other not both unfortunately.
