I received my Reward Card, thank you, but as I don't have a mobile phone I had to give my landline number when signing up which was rejected. I sent an email to Purecard 4 days ago explaining this but got no reply so today I rang them and was told it had to be a mobile number or they couldn't do anything. They told me to contact you direct.
It is possible to send a text message to a landline so I don't understand this. I did get a confirmation email to say that my card was activated but is it? Can you please advise?
