Returning customer... taking BB & Phone

Have been given a date for BB switch of 2nd December.
Haven't heard anything about my phone rental switch (either from current provider or PN)... and I've read down the board that this can happen before the bb is switched.
Should I be contacting my current supplier/cancelling the DD or will this all be sorted on 2nd December  Crazy

Re: Returning customer... taking BB & Phone

Normally the phone follows after the broadband due to the mandatory 10 day delay built in to stop slamming
You shouldn't need to contact your supplier and don't cancel the direct debit as  there may well be call charges coming through after the move and also there may be a rebate for the part unused line rental
