Returned Direct Debit

Unfortunately your direct debt has been returned unpaid. I’m currently waiting on some money to clear the bill. I will make sure it is paid on or before the 1st of May at the latest. Could you please leave my services unrestricted, as with the current situation. My broadband and landline are my on means of communication.

Have cleared balance by debit card. I do not what my card details stored, as there is an active direct debt on the account. Please make sure my card details are removed. The bill was wrong, as BT Sport suspension £12.50 was not discounted. Please can you apply that credit for May’s bill.
