Return of £49.99 installation fee, please respond

I spoke to someone the other day to cancel the appointment I had booked for the 1st of March and because where i've moved to has fibre optic broadband I went with one of those providers. So I paid the money I had to pay for early termination of my contract (which didn't have long left anyway) and was told I would have the money for that taken from my bank account and that the £49.99 installation fee I'd already been charged would be refunded separately to my bank account.
Can someone please confirm the £49.99 has been refunded as I can't login to my old account on here to check presumably due to it being deleted once I ceased to be a Plusnet customer.
