Hi im 3 days late paying my bill, i was wondering if someone could help as it does state i have 14 days to pay before restrictions are put in place. Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate your query.

 

Can you advise if you are having any difficulties with payment so I can advise further. If you have a live Direct Debit in place then restrictions are not ordinarily placed until day 14 of late payment.
