hi there. 

ive had a restriction placed onto my account. Is there anyway of doing a promise to pay and get my broadband back working till the promise to pay date.

@drunkenclam1978 We are able to support customers who are struggling with paying their bills throughout COVID19. We can suspend billing on the account for 1,2 or 3 months and once you've reached that time period you'll pay for those months in one go.
