Restrictions on broadband within 14 day period

Hi

Why are there restrictions on my broadband when I only just received an email this morning saying I had 14 days to pay the bill before restrictions are put on?
This is day one!!!

Please remove these ASAP!

It's a known bug and they are working on it.
Once a staff member comes across your post they will remove the restriction so hang on!

I can see you've posted in another thread and my colleagues have removed the restrictions for you.
