I rang twice, well over 2 hours ago and was told in confidence that my problem would be sorted, but it hasn't been. Can you please derestrict my account so I can access my bill and pay it? Also please advise as to what browser is best to display the splash screen needed to derestrict it myself.
Hi @phaethe2nd, that's sorted for you. Google Chrome and Firefox are probably best to display the splash-screen. If you're not having any luck with these in the future, I'd recommend clearing your cookies and cache and trying to access it again.
