Restriction time (again)

Can a member of staff lift the restriction please

 

I tried to set the bill date, so the DD comes out on the 21st of each month, but to no avail, can a member of staff do that?

Hi @Menace65 sorry for the restrictions, I have now removed these from your account.

 

In relation to changing your billing date this is something that we can request for you, are you able to respond directly to the ticket here with your confirmation for us to do this.

I'm still restricted, I turn my Hub off when I go to bed, can you remove them again please.

 

I can't login to my account to read the ticket or pay my bill tomorrow otherwise.

I am deeply sorry to hear that your services are still restricted. I have tried an alternative approach and manually made some adjustments.

Hi @Menace65, could you please add a comment on the ticket here advising of this and if you let us know once done, we'll pick this up and get it changed for you.

 

Just to note, if we change the billing date your next bill will include pro-rata charges.
