Restriction rage

Currently sat with restricted broadband as unable to pay my bill due to YOUR payment page constantly not working and redirecting me back to the link to make a payment
Can't wait til 20/06 and get a provider who actually has a product that works been a constant nightmare with Plusnet .
Maybe consider getting your yorkie lad to tell people in your ad how you fail your customers and offer nothing for your failures in the ads !!!
