Restriction on account even after payment

I paid the outstanding bill on my account upper week and the payment has been deducted from my account on 3/2/12. In spite of this I'm still getting texts that I've not paid and limitation on my account. After getting the latest text this morning I logged into my account only to be met with a message that my account has been deactivated because of unpaid bill. This is annoying and frustrating. I've paid, u guys have taken the payment so whatis the problem. More annoying is the fact that I spent virtually all my call credit waiting to speak to someone on the customer care service. I am hugely disappointed.

We did have an issue with this here, but that's since been resolved. Are you still seeing this?
