Request for Early Termination Charges

Hi.


I no longer use X, so I am putting my request here. I trust that is okay.

If I want to go full fibre, my only option is to move to another provider, AirBand, which has put a box at the top of my drive. Could you please provide me with an estimate of my early termination charge so I can weigh up my options? I have nine months left on my contract with PlusNet, and the guidance provided on ETC does not give me all the information I need to calculate the cost.

 

I appreciate any help you can provide.

When i was applying to switch broadband provider, Plusnet sent a text with ETC's before i had finished the application with the other provider.

You will have to select a switch date first before they can give you the ETC.

Thanks for the reply. I only want an estimate if I were to leave today/tomorrow.

I don't want to start an application with another provider, as their sales team is overly enthusiastic.

I would be working on 9x your current monthly subscription. Some companies will buy you out of your existing contract to switch.

You cannot make contractual changes to your account by posting on this forum. The exception is if a member of the Plusnet Help Team happens to pick this up and adds a ticket to your account.

Your best option is to ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632
