Some time ago I noticed a charge on my bill for "Plusnet Protect (3 months free) charge" at £2.00 per month. I phoned and the accumulated over charge was refunded along with a promise to remove this from future bills. Months passed before I checked again and the charge was still there, once again I called the overcharge was refunded and again I was promised that the Plusnet protect would be removed. Frustratingly here we are again!!!!!!! Same issue, an extra £2.00 being taken every month and no one seem able to stop it..................

Really sorry to hear that this has cropped up again.
I'll ensure that the appropriate refund is processed but more importantly, I'm currently speaking to one of our product specialists to understand why this keeps phantom billing your account.
