Hey, my contract expires on 6th April and if I do not act it goes from £20 pcm to £30. In the 'offers and upgrades' section there was an option to extend for a further 18 months at £20 per month but I wanted to make sure I got the best deal so did some research. This option has now disappeared. I've tried several times to get through by phone or via Twitter, but had no joy. Please can someone help me out?
