Hi there,
Tried using the chat on website but the chatbot is next to useless! My contract is due to finish on 15th May and have been offered a new renewal deal. When I click on button to start the renewal process it advises that it will start from 19th April which is fine but when would first payment be taken as I have just paid on the 14th April for 'old' contract?

Re-contracts used to always start on the next billing date, but I believe these days that re-contracts on the same product now start immediately.
So in your example case, your billing date would change to the 19th. You pay for a month in advance, so payment would be taken then for a month to May 18th. However you would also get a refund of the previous part month of the old contract i.e the period 19th April to your current next billing date.
Hopefully a staff member will be along shortly to confirm.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
