Renewing contract 'as is'

Hi,

Currently have Plusnet Broadband and phone package. Contract ends in May, will i be able to renew this contract 'as is'?

Without changing to FTTP

I read on another thread a while back, that its possible to do this if you phone Plusnet.

It doesnt give this option to renew in online account,

@Bella123 As you observe, to renew 'as is' you need to call PN.

@Bella123

At this time you can renew. However by May things may have changed.

PlusNet are withdrawing from providing phone services and OpenReach are retiring PSTN (probably by the end of the year).

As such, if you need a landline you will need to consider VOIP alternatives now so you're ready when the time comes.
