Renewed last month and justy had new bill - OVERCHARGED!

Hi guys and girls

 

Just had the email for my newly renewed service, and sadly, I'm also being overcharged.

 

Agreed £34 last month, yet todays bill is wanting £48.01.

 

It is no concern of mine that you have a new billing system - my concern is that I am charged what I've agreed.

 

I've been waitin in a queue now for 17 minutes with an expected answer time of 25 minutes. This is NOT doing me proud.

 

If the billing system is not fit for purpose roll it back, then try parallel running and iron out the kinks.

 

I didn't cancel last month due to you matching a competitor deal, but now, I'm having my doubts.

 

Incorrect billing and it taking months for people to get refunded is a company killer. In two minds, that we might be parting company.

Just got off the phone to a decent chap who's not a racing driver Wink

He sorted my missing discount out no problem, so heres to hoping the correct amount leaves my bank account on the 23rd.
