Renewed contract - price in confirmation email is completely wrong!

Help please!

As above really - agreed price of £16 pm but email states £35.99.  Is there a reason for this - even with discounts etc I cannot get from £35.99 to £16!  Could someone at Plusnet check please?  Many thanks

There seems to have been a few cases like this recently. Whoever sent the email has not taken your line rental saver off and included the line rental. Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will come along soon and fix it for you.

(PS Please could Plusnet sort out the ongoing billing issue though - it’s worrying me.  We haven’t paid you any money since December!! 😱)
