On 14th April, I renewed my contract which was agreed at fixed priced of £26.99 a month and have an email to back this up. I have received a bill for this month at £40.98..Why? I can see no reason for this and I hope this is a mistake on Plusnet's part. This needs sorting out because even though this payment may have already gone out of my account, I will guarantee that the next one won't until it's sorted. I will not be given one price then be charged another. Please sort this issue out.
