Renewed contract and Billed incorrectly

After full assurances that i would only be charged a  very small agreed amount  if i renewed for 18 months i was somewhat upset to see that my bill stated i was to pay a whopping £10 a month more  ,  After speaking  with Plusnet i have to say im more than happy that the issue was immediately resolved.  Credit where credit is due, For all the mistakes that can be made it only took a short call to a really pleasant employee and everything is back on track.

Your fortunate, i renewed my contract upgraded to fiber and managed to get a good deal but i have falled afoul of the "new billing system"

 

so i continue to be charged at my old rate and apparently there is nothing that can be done about it. meanwhile  affected customers are left in the dark.
