Renewed Line Rental Saver but being charged

My Line Rental Saver was due for renewal on 16 December and I renewed it on 27 November but the latest bill has increased by about £10.
Why can't I find a link to email Customer Support?

Because that is not one of their communication methods.

Have you checked your invoice details under "Account details -> view transactions" in the members centre? Should give a clue to the changes.

Looking at the invoice I can confirm that you have not been charged line rental.
However you previously had discounts on the account in line with the offer you originally signed up with. This months bill is higher than previous months due to a few call charges along with the discounts expiring.
