Renewal options removed- Where is cancellation now

Recently had a renewal email with 2 options for fibre but one of them has disappeared (the faster fibre one @ £27 anyone else had this

Now thinking about changing to Vodafone for 62MB service for £23 but cannot seem to get someone to speak to ... anyone got any suggestions

Ring in and select the 'I'm thinking of leaving' option. That tends to get answered fairly quickly. Ask the agent if they will match the Vodaphone price, you will never know unless you ask!
