Renewal offer

Have failed to get through by phone or chat, so am trying here...  The renewal offer page I have been sent to quotes a price for a new 18 month deal and refers to "other contracts being available", but there is no further info. What are these and where is the info? I'm on fibre broadband. Thanks.

Your best option is the try the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 selecting option 1 then option 2 (If you are thinking of leaving) as they will be able to give the best advice on current deals available.
