Renewal hasn't been updated on bill

Hi,

I had an 18month contract for £23.99, I renewed recently for £22.99.

The renewal was confirmed and changed over on 11th May but I have just had my bill today and it is still on £23.99.

Is this something that can be sorted out via the forum please.

Yes , thank you. 

It seems like twitter was the only way to get a response, although not as efficient as live chat.

Hopefully all sorted now.
